The science behind Aromha is built on over 20 years of olfactory research at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School by our co-founder and neurologist, Dr. Mark Albers. We are also backed by $8M+ in National Institute of Health (NIH) grants and have executed multiple successful clinical trials.

Dr. Mark W. Albers

Co-founder & Chief Scientific Officer

He is a co-founder of Aromha. He is a neurologist specializing in memory and olfactory disorders. He runs the Albers Lab at Massachusetts Institute for Neurodegenerative Disease (MIND) at Massachusetts General Hospital, and is an Associate Professor of Neurology at Harvard Medical School.

He is the CEO and co-founder of Aromha. He is a broadly experienced, visionary, and versatile senior executive, with leadership experience including President & CEO in early-stage technology companies, Board of Director and Chairman of the Board roles, corporate and business unit Vice President roles at Lockheed Martin, and a variety of other senior executive positions.

Chief Operating Officer

He is the COO of Aromha. He is an executive R&D leader specialized in the Medical Device Industry with a passion for building high performing teams that deliver valued solutions. Ajinkya has served in various individual contributor and leadership roles within R&D for start-up to a range of large companies like Becton Dickinson, Medtronic, and Biomet (now Zimmer Biomet).
